No Sign of Intelligent Life

The return of grey skies today, at least it was still warm. A little wander at lunchtime for me (Chris) and once again, despite retracing steps I've often taken, I saw something to photograph that I'm sure I've not noticed before. Either that or it has changed recently!

A tough but enjoyable 6 miles with the club tonight, my legs are still complaining about last Sunday's run but we all made it around in good time.

It has been a busy couple of weeks so we've been a bit quiet on comments and replies, nomality will resume very soon.
