Litter-bugs stay away

I’m sure blippers are all very respectful and wouldn’t dream of leaving litter on our beautiful beaches.

This is a huge problem every summer. Beautiful pristine beaches are a disaster zone at the end of hot days. Our council does an amazing job clearing up overnight, but sadly short-lived as by the end of the next day it’s back to square one.

This year the council is employing drones to survey littered areas, and hopefully take some sort of action against perpetrators.

Anyway was reassuring to see litter wardens sitting (having a tea-break in the sun), proudly wearing these T-shirts
