A bit of colour

A chilly start to the day but we ventured our for a walk over the golf course and down the coast path this afternoon where it warmed up. 
I watched a talk on shrubs of distinction this evening and one of the shrubs shown was the yellow one I didn’t know the name of the other evening, identified as Acacia pravissima by the speaker, John Negus, an entertaining speaker who has been a gardening journalist for 60 years.
