Hamburger Wars

Following my company Grand Metropolitan plc (later Diageo  plc) announcement last year about selling up their Wienerwald business in Germany, the press is reporting about the Hamburger Wars - Grand Met also owned Burger King and part of the reason for selling Wienerwald (and making ,e redundant after 17 days) was to have money in the bank to go to war with McDonalds.
