River Kelvin

It hasn't rained for more or less three weeks now which is pretty much unheard of in Glasgow/West of Scotland. It's all set to change tomorrow I think - normal service resumes! Today's blip shows the River Kelvin at Eldon Street in quite different flow conditions to this blip.
