Canna lily leaf

Canna lily leaves are large and not particularly robust. They can be weighed down by rain or damaged by people crashing past. One of ours became folded like a piece of paper and developed a row of holes along the break. The photo focuses on three of the holes to fill the frame.

Another thing about canna lily leaves is that they are not your standard green, but more of a purple. Close observation reveals more colours and details, like veins and tiny orange dots.
