Lowest in a long time...
My doctor told me to stop measuring my blood pressure for a week or so, just to take my mind off it for a while.
This nicely coincided with my break in Hong Kong.
Since the beginning of the week I've been taking my blood pressure three times a day, and it is now well within normal/healthy levels, and certainly much better than the 160/110 that I was averaging, with it reaching much higher levels at points.
Fasting is helping maintain my weight, but I still have to make sure my caffeine, salt and fat intake is kept low. A small price to pay to make sure I'm around a bit longer!
