Big field

We got a blast of fresh air this morning with a walk from Chipstead near Sevenoaks. It wasn’t quite the walk we expected as we had hoped to go around the lake. However, the footpath didn’t go that way! It was nice anyway.

This afternoon L and I baked banana cakes with a chocolate topping. She enjoyed the making but not the eating (as usual).

My mum had her eye surgery this morning and is home, feeling rather disorientated. Hopefully things will have improved a lot by tomorrow and over the next few days.
