Fading
The daffodils I had for Easter are past their best now. As it’s garden waste tomorrow I have put them out tonight. But not before being blipped of course.
In extras, for sometime now I have wanted to get some forget-me-not flowers for the garden. This is the symbol of the Alzheimer’s Society, and as Mum had that awful illness, I thought it would be a nice thing to grow somewhere. Well, tomorrow is the one year anniversary of Mum’s death, and look what all of a sudden has popped up in the garden today, without any prompting or help from me! One of life and death’s little cross-over signs I expect!
