Our new ginger cat neighbour.

It is a bright sunny, very cold morning, and on my way home from buying The People's Friend and I newspaper, I was delighted to see this dear ginger cat in the window.
He moved in with the new neighbours a few weeks ago, but up until now he has always been looking out from a top window. We exchanged appreciative glances. Don't tell Arthur.
I have found four drops of Oregano essential oil in 10mls of grapeseed oil rubbed into my painful left leg, is quite soothing.
This was suggested by a FB friend and can help with untrapping the nerve.
