He has a really good grip, but from this photo you'd think he was sliding down the stem! It's amazing just how strong his toes & claws are, they hold his weight in a whole manner of different perches & poses - even though he doesn't weigh that much - but you'd be surprised how much he does really, sometimes he feeds from my hand, not that I encourage it, but even though those claws look lethal, he's really rather gentle :) Feathery xxx's
