Haggis , neeps, and tatties...
Whilst living in the Middle East it was a once a year treat to get haggis neeps and tatties at a " Burns " night, which usually meant haggis for a starter and then steak for main. As I don't eat steak I felt cheated of a good plate of our national meal!
Since returning to Scotland we regularly have said dish for supper. Mmmmmm
