Woke up in the middle of the night feeling awful. My head was pounding and my body ached. Side effects from my shingles shot.
Had a dental cleaning scheduled for 10 am and went. Aspirin made that possible.
The girls were here again today but I wasn't much fun. I tried edging the sidewalk but even my clothes on my skin felt awful.
Came in and napped and Mike took the girls for ice cream.
On the bright side Fredrick enjoyed the day and sunshine.
