Chaffinch

We've bought different bird food this week, and it already seems to be attecting a wider selection of birds. This lovely chaffinch was a little uncertain of landing on the bird table when we were sat out, hopefully it came back for a visit once we'd headed in.

It's been an odd day of snowfall and sunshine, with cancelled plans for a garden visit with friends due to the uncertain and cold weather.
