Pick Me Up

After the high of yesterday's jab, came the aches and tiredness of the reaction. It crept up on me at my desk when I suddenly realised that getting through the stuff was unusually treacle-ish. I stopped about 4 pm for a breath of fresh air and then took to the top of the bed, mixing napping with youtube interviews of Yung and Bowie, until the thought of this cranberry, lime, mandarin and tonic concoction seemed like a good thing to try!
