National Covid Memorial Wall

Went up to town today (first time since before Christmas) and walked over Westminster Bridge to see this memorial wall which is half a kilometre long. It has been created by people painting red hearts representing the 150,000 victims who have died of Covid-19. The wall is opposite the Houses of Parliament and alongside St Thomas’s Hospital. The mural has been organised by a campaign group dedicated to supporting bereaved families.
