(Easter) Monday: Roast Lamb

As I mentioned yesterday, it’s been a pretty quiet Easter for us.  We haven’t ventured too far, partly due to the encouragement to stay local but also because some of the more popular walking spots are pretty full.  We have, however, spent a fair bit of time connecting with family in the UK which is lovely.

And K also cooked up a splendid roast lamb dinner.
