Butter, known in New England, mostly Massachusetts and here in New Hampshire too as BUTTAH. The topic today is Smooth and both the dish and the buttah fit that description.

I did manage to pick up a mild version of Na’iema’s cold and am laying low tonight hoping to feel better tomorrow.
