For the record
When we have a heat wave end February, early March always have to remind oneself that we regularly have snow at Easter and this year Easter is quite early. We reckon with snow until end of April.
My family and friends in Ireland and England laugh at that prospect as they start picking their first garden roses for table decorations & we are just seeing the last crocus appear.
Well this year we got our revenge. Today's photo is from Ireland, daughter Kate walking the dogs in a "blizzard"!
Here it was a much warmer day than expected. I didn't actually check but over 10°C. The only problem was the strongish wind. Didn't stop me doing some cabriolet driving on the tractor(s) quickly storing the now empty large two axle tipper trailer away in a shed. Need to get everything under cover again as today's Ireland snow will be ours tonight.
In fact did the evening dog walk with Luna in the forest to get out of the wind and just as we got to the car it started raining. An hour or so later the first snow arrived! Time to put up the Christmas decorations.
