Easter Monday 
Bitterly cold today, easterly wind, bright sunshine, temperature around 6°C all day. Late afternoon we even had a short rain shower, the sky went dark but it soon passed by.
Potted up Runner Beans “Scarlet Emperor” and climbing beans “Yard Long” - I made little cardboard “pots” like last year

We had lovely blue sky this afternoon with little fluffy clouds - the cold wind has damaged the new leaves on the horse chestnut tree but I’m sure it’ll recover.
