Oeil de Perdrix...

...is one of my favourite (Swiss) wines. It's name means partridge's eye. Apparently it's eyes are pink when it is dying! Pictured here in glasses received on wine tours and tastings 
(when they could happen). You pay for the glass and it is your 'ticket' to visit different cellars and vineyards and get it filled up. 
We decided that as we can't go out for lunch we would recreate the experience at home : planchette and homemade mango chutney (a gift)  with a glass of rose. Otherwise running and gardening today.
