Day 095/21. Think Positive

These collections of small coloured stones seem to be popping up around our area. These particular ones were on the step of a local War Memorial.
They seem to be quite a thing...... Are you supposed to move them? Touch them? Disturb them? Add to them?
I'm not sure what the expectation is.
