Yellow shrub
I am sure someone can enlighten me as to what this shrub is. We spotted it on our 4 mile walk this afternoon. I was well wrapped up as I feel the cold. No frost this morning but it looks as though we will get one tomorrow morning. It tried to rain this morning but nothing came of it.
Our eldest son and family, currently living in Switzerland, are retuning permanently in 3 months’ time as our daughter in law has accepted a job with her company based in London which she started at the beginning of this year. Our son has been working all along to his company in London so no change there except for his salary. They will be returning to live in their house in Lymington in Hampshire which is currently empty so they won’t have a problem with trying to turn out tenants. When they left the U.K, their sons were 8 and 11 and they are both ten years older now. They might not want to live at home but with the job market at the moment it won’t be easy for either of them although they will both be at Uni for the next year. The house over here is quite a bit smaller than the house they have been living in in Switzerland so some downsizing of furniture has had to be organised. At least we might get to see them a little more than we have the last 10 years although I know it hasn’t been easy for anyone for the last year.
