Arctic wind!

These lambs were glad of their coats so that they could keep warm in this Arctic wind!

Beautiful blue sky and sunshine all day long...but that wind!

We walked along the river Derwent near Bassenthwaite for a couple of hours...and we found a sheltered spot out of the wind, and in the sunshine, for our picnic lunch!
