A GOOD Friday

We’ve had a debate in this house once about what day of the year is the most important for the Christian. It was a clue someone gave in a game and I went for Good Friday. The others, including Elbows, went for Easter Sunday. Hmmm.

Elbows was in Court yesterday and as he was queuing to go in, he found himself next to, amazingly, our neighbour who is a barrister, and Jewish. He asked Elbows why on earth it’s called ‘Good Friday’. What a dream of a conversation.

HatBox and SkyeMan arrived for lunch. We last saw them in person before Christmas, in a car park. How totally and utterly delightful to have them here in our garden.
