Happy Easter

We began preparing the roast in the late morning, went on a run to Monsanto and came back so tired from the sun that we needed a holiday nap before returning to cook the roast. So here we are eating a delicious nut roast, roast and mash potatoes, and lots of veggies at 9pm.
