Pesto

A huge pile of wild garlic leaves has given us two wee jars of pesto and a great smelling house. Think it tastes OK, certainly looks like the real deal.
Read for a while then decided to bake hot-cross buns, looked at a couple of recipes, changed my mind and went for the quicker option of hot cross muffins. Except that I left off the crosses so they were really just hot muffins, now just muffins. However I’ll definitely be making them again because they’re great, hot or cold.
Another Line of Duty tonight but have to admit to not watching any of the previous series so the continuing plot threads are just a mystery. And to wind up the day it was episode 2 of Your Honor which is ramping up nicely!
