Easter 2021

Hope you all had a Happy Easter weekend, even if it was yet another lockdown one ! I was a bit busy with preparing brunch and dinner today, so I've only had time to sprinkle stars on all last week's Abstract Thursday entries. This coming Thursday the optional theme is 'filling the frame'. In abstract photography the crop or format you choose to capture something is one of the things that can make all the difference. Try to find a subject that will become just that more abstract because you've come so close or zoomed in so much that you're filling your whole shot with (part of your) subject without empty space around it, making it less conspicuous/more mysterious. Of course you can also try editing your subject such that it fills the frame. Find some examples of such shots when you Google 'abstract photography filling the frame'. The tag will be AT302.
