Blossom

On a bike ride that went wrong. Got off the bikes to go over a narrow foot bridge and then my back went.
We did panic as I nearly couldn't get up after bending down. In the extras was a field we had to walk the bikes up and get the bikes over a couple more hurdles before we could get home. Garri said I went white as a sheet. 
Home now and put some gel on but I'm pretty immobile and in a lot of pain!!!
Nice of 2021 to keep throwing crap our way again!!!
