Beetroot

Is supposed to be very good for you. So giving it a shot - or 3. If I like I might get into juicing. Something I've been interested in for a few years now but never quite made the time for.

Well first day back at the stables today after sockgate. Had a lovely welcoming committee from the rowdy lot and a couple of new ponies to boot. I did a few laps of the indoor school which was very hard work on the shredded rubber. I thought I was going to have to stand out but as it was so gorgeous outside (tropical as I called it) carol said we could hack outside today. Beauuuuuuutiful sunny AND warm day. The kids loved it. RDA rocks.

A quick food shop on the way home then back to the typing pool at city desk. Hence the not very exciting blip photo today.

I can't waaaaaaiiiit to finish this job and get out into the garden.
