More baking this afternoon this time was Mini egg brownies. This is how it went on versus how it came out! I'm not sure why the eggs sunk so much but the brownies were delicious (better than they look!) and happy for my first time making them. I'd quite happily keep the lot but made them to take to my parents tomorrow for Easter and they're expecting a piece ;)
