Saturday afternoon at St. Pancras
Carys had a physio appointment today with Moira McCormick. She's the RB head physio who is currently undertaking a PhD at the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health, so we were extremely grateful that she agreed to see Carys. The appointment was to review C's knees, which have on and off pain and to see what can be done going forward. Well two hours later we left with exercises for knees, hips and her big toe, plus some made to measure toe separators. I was immensely impressed, as was Carys. Time and money very well spent.
London was still very quiet. Not as quiet as this shot, but still. It will be interesting to see how it changes when we next head in on 13th for Carys's first group class back in a studio.
Will and Jim cycled to the library again to collect the reserved book, which, it turned out, is book 3 and he needs book 2. Sigh!
Easter tomorrow. No plans other than roast dinner and possibly to watch Hamilton as Will is wandering round singing "I will kill your friends and family to remind you of my love!" and I feel that needs some sort of context!
