another poinsettia....

so...this morning I went to the doctor - had an x-ray of my foot and thankfully there are no fractures!  Doctor thinks I banged my foot and it is bruised inside so has advised that I rest and elevate my foot.....  I find it difficult to sit still for long so this will be a major challenge!   Let's hope it gets better soon.  

Didn't walk far today so just took this picture of the Poinsettia outside the front door!
