shadows and lines.....

stayed close to home....it was such a beautiful afternoon again...bright sunshine.
Instead of a walk i did the Royal Osteoporosis Society bone strengthening exercises.....
A lovely visit with my son and daughter in law.....and a surprise flower delivery from a dear friend made the day very special....
