Laps

Laps of the Goodwood Motor Circuit. Beautiful smooth tarmac no cars, TTT practice, sunshine and some howling cross winds. The only problem with riding a circuit is you pay for that lovely tailwind that made you think that overnight you had turned into Mark Cavendish when you hit it as a headwind on the other side of the circuit and feel like you are pedalling forwards but going backwards !

Great to get out of London to a place we love and be able to physically meet friends rather than just seeing them on a screen
