Motorise Stingray
So... I had been planning to bring this my motorise bicycle to Vancouver, but yesterday night I decided that i would sell it, or try to before the movers come to pact it up.
I took the bike to my local park to take some photos to post up today, just looking at the photos makes me hope that no one will buy it,
I bought the bike frame used off eBay, then, I took it apart, and sanded the frame back to the steel(takes forever), afterwards, sprayed a coat of primer, then 3-4 coats of the blue, (my wife helped pick out the color)
I got the chrome bit re chromed, which cost quite a bit but well worth it.
I purchased a motorise kit from net, then spent every 2 hours morning for about 10 day over the Christmas holiday with my neighbor Tom putting it together,
My neighbor Tom is a really amazing guy, he is 86 and he still goes on motorbike rides. he know just about anything about engines, and tools, his garage when i first met him was filled with 11 motorbikes,
I wish i could post more then one picture of this.
