Foxy Black Squirrel?

No! I thought I had seen a rare hybrid of our Fox Squirrel and Black Squirrel. But good ole Google tells me that I am not the only one who has had this erroneous thought. This is a melanistic Gray Squirrel. Apparently Fox and Black do not like each other and would never mate.
