Primula.

At last flowers are beginning to appear rather than plants we have just bought in (forced?) or bunches.  This is a Primula which seems to have appeared from almost nothing overnight.  OK an exaggeration but very quickly.

A coldish day but at least it was dry.  This allowed me to keep popping out into the garden and I have finally finished disposing of the twiggy bit off the Amelanchier half of which we took down the other day.   Now we need a trip to the tip with the branches.   It needs to be early morning last time I passed in the afternoon 34 cars were queueing to get in.
