Opticians this morning to see if my eyes are causing the headaches; they're not. Eyes not changed since last eye test 18months. Walked back home along the walkway trying to escape busy noisy roads. 
Then followed another panic attack, and hours later still feeling the effect; sore chest and short of breath still.
