Riddling complete

This afternoon Mr hazelh finished riddling the excess earth in our garden. We now have three enormous spoil piles on the 'lawn': (1) fine top soil; (2) small stones and debris; and (3) rubble. Here's hoping that we will find a way to use them all. You can see how the piles have grown by checking back to Tuesday's blip.

I had the honour of riddling the last pile of earth. It was hard work. Thank goodness that Mr hazelh has volunteered his navvy skills to our garden project. Otherwise I weeded, catered, fetched, carried, swept, tidied etc.

Also today I finished off a piece of work from yesterday - I really wanted to get it off my desk so that I can relax for a few days. Even better, I managed a short run just before lunch.

Exercise today: gardening; Tesco loop run.
