First time

This is the first time I have attempted to make Gluten free Hot Cross Buns and they appear to have worked!!  Tasted delicious but I did double the spice and it was still not quite enough... next time!  
The sun has come out late in the afternon so a walk is in order (having indulged in a fresh hcb) before it gets too cold.  It is such a shame that the air temperature is so chilly and the wind making it uncomfortable to sit outside.  Think I will bring a few cuttings and seed sowings indoors at night for a while till it warms back up.
