Cyril.

So the hen saga continues! Webster is now grounded after a quick wing clip but one of his ladies gave us the run around yesterday as she flew out over the 6ft panels! Eventually Mr Tbay Jnr made a fantastic catch mid air (his cricket prowess coming to the fore here!) and we then clipped her wings too. Bazza and his women are so much easier and are just enjoying life. 

Now to Cyril. He is a complete failure as far as being a cockerel is concerned. So far he has hidden in a corner under the nest boxes then in a nest box and now he sits on top of them. His women just seem to totally ignore him and he shows no sign of being enamoured by any of them! He better hurry up and get stuck in otherwise the pot may be looming!

So April 1st passes with out any bad jokes here! I bet there have been some good ones around!
