Eggs

Around this time of the year several religious and cultural celebrations take place, Christians have Easter, Jews have Passover and on the Spring equinox Persians celebrate Nowruz. All involve eggs as a symbol of renewal and rebirth.
When l visited the new Persian shop l did not buy any of the wonderful cakes, l bought some of the beautifully painted hard boiled eggs. They won't be eaten, who knows how long they have been sitting in the sun for, but used as decoration on an Easter table.

M got his call for 2nd Pfizer vaccination last night.

Our 3 wonderful days of warm weather have gone and we are back to cold once again the temperature more than halving. 7° feels like 4°
