Tough little pansy

I don’t know why they call weak people “pansies “. This little plant is tougher than all the others. He bloomed until the December snow covered him up and when the March rains melted the snow away, there he appeared again and started blooming!
This little plant is just outside the side door to my office building and he greets me every day. I have become quite fond of Pansy.
