Farewell

A final drink from underpressure with this one and her mum... They are moving down to where her mum’s dad and sister live so they can help with the dad’s care etc. Understandable, and I wish them well. But sad. Allegra and Shyla met in the library at a Spanish class for pre-school kids. And after chatting to me Nicky applied for Shyla to start at the same nursery that Allegra was due to start at... they were then put into the same reception class...Nicky is a resilient woman (Shyla’s great aunt biologically) but such a wonderful servant hearted mum to her. She gave up her life in the states (having been there since she was 19!) for her family over here that needed her help.
