Purple pansies

I've always loved pansies and purple is my favourite colour.

So busy today (due to making space in my diary for the Easter weekend) that I only managed this rapid photo of the flowers that are planted under our street sign. They are placed there by gardening enthusiasts who are on a mission to make our estate and village bright and cheerful. This and many other colourful pots definitely make a difference and are appreciated.

This was taken whilst quickly taking the dogs 'round the block' in between appointments.

It's now 9pm and I can close my computer down and focus on this holy weekend & family and much longer dog walks.
