Baaaa

This morning I made some Easter paper chains to hang up and put out the Easter chocolate in a bowl (mini eggs, bunnies etc). Off I went to pick up our click n collect. When I got home Mr C was not happy with Ruby..... she had eaten rather a lot of the chocolate that I had put out in the bowl. The bowl was on a low, easy reach cupboard so I do take full responsibility of putting there. However, every Christmas the bowl is full of Quality Street/Roses etc and Easter is mini eggs etc and she’s never bothered before but now it will have to be out of reach for her.

During the afternoon Ruby and I went for a walk with B, my lovely teacher, and Mabel. She took me to Norbury Park which is quite near to her. The weather was cooler but a little brighter than yesterday. On part of the walk Ruby disappeared through a hedge and I could see her dancing around which usually means she’s in a puddle but this was more swampy, stinky puddle (possibly where they put all the waste from the stables). Ruby reappeared covered and then Mabel decided to go and investigate and being a golden lab it looked like she was wearing black boots. ;-o and by golly did they both smell. 

We finished our walk and B did invite me back for a tea and to shower the dogs down but I decided to head straight home and rang Mr C on my way to get some buckets of water ready so I could wash her down.

Josh popped in this evening as he was off to rugby training with his friend which will be good for him because he’s still feeling quite low :-(
