Roadmap Out Of Lockdown Step 1b - Day 4

Another daff, but a very special daff, a daff with a story to tell. Last year, during the first Lockdown a neighbour sadly passed away. As people were unable to get together to say a proper goodbye, in the autumn his widow gave everybody in the close daffodil bulbs to plant in memory of her husband. She also planted dozens of bulbs on the grass verges which are now in full bloom; a beautiful sea of frilly trumpets. So today a daffodil for Mick...

Today’s promised 17 degree sunshine never appeared, instead overcast, 12 degrees and oh so windy, though the wind was great for drying the washing, but not so great for taking photos of daffs!
