NO FOOL

1st April . . . OK . . . NO fooling around . . . this one is true ! Around the corner, the new Senior Citizen City is taking shape. Some grass has been laid along the front row of apartments. Now for some instructions in order to keep this new turf fresh and healthy. . . .
Take one Manitou Loader . . . block the road by moving the Manitou sideways . . . balance the Loader on some wood placed on the pavement against the new fence . . ..open the small tap on the side of the tank . . . lift a water carrier as high as possible . . . and dribble water from way above to water the new turf.
Excuse me . . . but this takes a hosepipe ban too far !
