Crushed!

I had an appointment for a breast screening in Walkden. It was at 9:10 and I didn’t need to leave for work until 11am so I decided to walk there. It was a glorious Spring morning and I enjoyed it more coming home than going. I had got myself all worked up as it is so painful, but the staff there were lovely. It’s ridiculous of me I know, I spend a lot of time reassuring people before I stick a needle in them so I should have just given myself a good talking to. Anyway it is all done now, although I was aching all day.

Kim wanted to join in the Fitbit challenges with Lou and I. She was off work today for a daily challenge and she had done just over 23000 steps. I was home by ten past eight, so I decided to go on a walk as I’d only done 16000. I did manage to pass her but I was completely whacked by the time I got home. I’m too competitive for my own good.
